If you are submitting payment for more than one Principal/Public Body Registration, combine all registration forms into a single document and upload here. 

Reminder: A final Annual Expenditure Report for Principals and Public Bodies must accompany a Terminate Registration request.

Note: Only one document may be uploaded at a time. In order to facilitate processing, please scan your registration form and record of lobbyists attachment as one continuous document and upload as one document.
